Motorcycle Repair: 1999 Suzuki gsxr750, air fuel mixture, radiator cap

I have a 99 gsxr750 that runs hot but doesnt seem to be overheating.But stalls out on me starts to bogg and dies at stop lights.Two of the four exhaust pipes on the motor turn beat red like a turbo.Any thoughts?

Hi,
it sounds pretty hot, does coolant come out the overflow?
The radiator cap is a good place to start.
Check the plug color on those hot cylinders,
they should be light brown but not white color,
which is too hot or lean air/fuel mixture.
You could try a cooler heat range spark plug.
Your fan should come on around 210 degrees F (100C)
Air should be purged, Purge screws are usually
on the head and water pump. Watch out for hot coolant.
Overheating can do alot of damage, could be
the cooling system or lack of fuel, plugged carb jets,
or engine problem like a head gasket,
check the oil for milky oil/coolant mix.
