Motorcycle Repair: LED Lights, kawasaki ninja zx, flasher relay

I bought some LED lights for a 1996 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-9R. I plugged the light in and it will not flash it just stays lite and the back one stays lite also.What do I need to do to get them to flash? The brand name is from motrax

Scott, try reversing the wires, if they flash too
fast or not at all you may have to order
the Motrax flasher relay from a Motrax dealer.
The problem is that the LED doesn't provide
enough resistance in the circuit to trigger the
standard flasher.
