Motorcycle Repair: 1994 rf600, turn signals, rf600

hi mark i have a problem with the turn signals on my bike and starter button the kid i got the bike from said his friend hot wired the bike so he got a new ignition swich for the bike i put the ignition switch in the bike and the tail lights dont work and turn signals are funny when i put them on they both blink at the same time like hazzards lights and when the bike is running it makes a klinking noies when it idles when it revs it stops.   thanks alot i hope you can help me with my problem

This is one of those kinds of problems that a tech must be present and see what has been done to the wiring. I can't tell ya what to do without knowing what's there to work with.

It's a simple problem. With a wiring diagram to study, you'll learn the related circuit wiring colors. You'll be able to trace the wires and fix the problem.
