Motorcycle Repair: front brakes, master cylinder, bleeder

Question
I have a 1994 fatboy and i recently had the front tire changed. when i went to pick it up they said that my master cylinder was no good. in the past it had alot of play in the handle but it worked. so i rebuilt the master cylinder and started to bleed the brakes. i was getting a little fluid out of my bleed valve for a little while but then it stopped. i know it takes alot of time to get all the air out but i must have been bleeding them for a hour. master cylinder doesn't seem to be building pressure. do you think maybe its the caliper.                      thanks Chris G.

Answer
Because of the small hole in the master cylinder where the fluid goes through it does take quit a while to get fluid through. Keep working at it. Also, remove the bleeder and make sure there is no dirt plugging or restricking it.
Good luck and happy riding
