Motorcycle Repair: Buell Oil tank, tank drain, oil tank

Mike a friend of mine has just acquired a 2001 Buell 1200 cyclone mk2 can you tell me where to find the oil tank drain plug?

I have not had the oppertunity to work on a Buell. Its still a Sportster motor and simuler to a sportster, so start by looking at the oil tank. You should have 3 lines coming out of the tank. Feed to motor, return and drain. Follow all three lines. the drain should be going to the bottom of the bike with either a plug in it ir it is plugged to the frame.
