Motorcycle Repair: 97 NINJA ZX7 RATTLE, ninja zx7, pipe connection

I HAVE A IN TEMPO RATTLE IN THE FRONT OF THE MOTOR ON MY ZX7. WHEN YOU HIT THE THROTTLE SOME , IT GETS FASTER WITH THE MOTOR. BIKE SEEMS TO HAVE FULL POWER THOUGH... ANY SUGGESTIONS AND $ FIGURE AT A SHOP?

COuldn't even begin to tell you the cost of fixing the noise, since it could be a bunch of different things, ranging from valve clatter to timing chain to a loose exhaust pipe connection.

Make sure that there is nothing loose at that area of the frame and motor. Then get the manual out and make sure that all of the connections at the exhaust header are tight.  Then check to make sure that the cam chain is not due for adjustment and if the valve adjustment is due, then get it done.

Start with that and see what you find.
