Motorcycle Repair: 07 Road King, with factory alarm and siren., hand levers, brand new bike

Question
I just had the factory siren installed at South Valley HD in Utah.  Every thing was great.  When I got home, I adjusted my shifter back the way I had it and also my hand levers.   Took it for a ride and the turn signals would not work.   Went home and checked my fuses, found 3 burnt, and tried to replace them with the key fob in my pocket. ignition off.
They burned again and the alarm went off.  I stopped right there. Read my owners manual, it said don't skip steps when replacing fuses.  Nothing more.  Now my yellow efi light won't come on, and I am stopped not wanting to ruin something.  Still no signals, and I can't put ito transport mode, or anything.  A brand new bike should  not blow fuses, and fuse replacement or on the side of the road fixes is looking like a bugger.

Answer
Since you are blowing fuses then you have a dead short somewhere. the dealer probably get a connection right or there is a bare wire touching metal. Call them and have it picked up. SInce they did the work it should be under warrenty.
Good luck and happy riding
