Motorcycle Repair: Replace fork seals, fork seals, fork oil

1990 flhs
Do i need to remove tubes?
Or can this be done by removing bolt on bottom ?
If so how do i refill fork oil ?
ANY ADVICE or Suggestions greatly appreciated

You dont have to remove the tubes to change the seals. You do however have to remove the fork covers to slide them out of the way to get to the clip that holds the seal.
If you remove fromt he bottom the only way to fill them is to use a vaccumn pump to suck the fork oil in.
