Motorcycle Repair: honda cbr1000f, cbr 1000f, crank case

hi, we have a cbr 1000f , we cant get the number 2 cylinder to fire, we have a good spark and fuel, we have changed, cdi, coils leads , plugs and carbs, it will sometimes come in if we induce the spark at the plug compressions are all around 45 psi cold, we have little crank case pressure or or top breather pressure when running, and idea,s would be greatly received, many thanks for your time spike

go to carb and look for the drain hose on it while the bike is running blow into the tube if it idles up thats yur problem pass a small wire through it to clear an air passage i have one in my shop right now had same proble pipe on one side was cold then sometimes it woul get hot line waqs clogged up.
