Motorcycle Repair: 03 yamaha raptor 660r stumper, jet needles, air leaks

03 yamaha raptor 660r in for carb clean.  
perfect carbs all passageways are clean fuel screws are
2(1/2) out filter is clean. no air leaks on intake manifolds. New plug getting spark. Clutch switch and parking brake switches are bypassed. fresh gas.  Problem occurs at 1/8 to about 5/8 throttle, sometimes bogs down and dies when giving gas, usually only happens when in gear trying to go. EGA machine reading of 2.75CO 82HC. the clutch is adjusted right as well as the throttle cable. Please let me know what you think.

Hi Dan,

EG results are right on line.

The A/F mix is rich beyond idle. I suspect the pilot circuits and maybe just onto the jet needles need tweaked to correct A/F mix in the 1/8 to 5/8 ranges.

Check the needle jets for evidence of bell mouthing.

Check throttle slide spring free length.
