Motorcycle Repair: oil, mild cams, cb900f

Ok Mitch I have an even harder question for you most dealers here in fort worth will not touch my cycle because of its age and i found one place that would work on it but in the end i had to get it running myself. can you as an expert help me find a place that will do overhuals on motors this old I really would like to go to a 985 bore kit and mild cams if there is no place here in fort worth tx i'll pull the motor crate it and ship it. I hope you can help me out i am trying my best to keep this old girl on the road

HI i have a 1981 cb900f. on the motor where the CDI is in front of the one way starter gear i have motor oil in this area should it be like this i can see motor oil being here to lube the gear but it also get all over the CDI. I know the CDI is a sealed unit but is it suppose to be like this.

no look for a seal leakin, or even a valve cover leak this will cause this if you need more info im here ok

gil i cant see why they wont touch it i rebild them at leat 3 a year if you really want it done pull it send it to me i bet it will run like an ape with his a-s- on fire mlo .question why go to 985 just curious if its just the leak i can fix it either way or overhaul it. contact me at my personal. email mkaz02032yahoo.com or call me 225 218 9080.          mitch
