Motorcycle Repair: mikuni carb, mikuni carb, reserve fuel

Mike I took off my mikuni Carb off my twin cam, it was running great, I was doing some other work which required it's removal..put it back on and nothing ..it is not getting fuel.. here's what i did do
1. it has fuel in the bike
2. visually checked the vacumn line
3. pulled main line off and cranked it over no fuel is coming out
4. tried both main fuel and reserve fuel setting on petcock
any help would be appreciated

Answer
Make sure your vacumn line is not pinched or off at the other end. You can hook a line up to the vacumn port on the petcock and while sucking on it make sure you get a fuel flow. this will tell you if the petcock is working
