Is the carberator on this bike easy to rebuild myself if I buy the manual and a carb rebuild kit? And I need to replace the pipes on my bike but I am having tremedous difficulty finding pipes as mine are on either side and the ones I see are made to fit both on one side. Will I have to figure out how to run the exhaust over to the other side or are there pipes out there that I can use that still fit both sides of my style of bike? Thank you for your time I hope this is in your scope of practice.

Hi Cory,

The carbs on the Intruders are difficult to remove and re-install. Disassembly and cleaning are easily performed once removed.

You'll have to contact staff at Compettition Accessories, Chaparrel, Dennis Kirk, etc... and inquire what pipe applications are available for your Intruder. They have all the parts catalogs at their disposal.
