Motorcycle Repair: Replacing a battery in a 2002 honda shadow spirit, honda shadow spirit, honda shadow spirit 750

I was just wondering how you replace the battery in a honda shadow spirit 750?  My battery has recently gone dead and I need to put in a new one.  Since it is dead I can't get it to a repair store so am going to take it on myself.  I do not currently have my manual so I am a little lost.  I took my seat off and saw the battery.  I assume you go from here but not sure how.  If you could advise it would be great.

Brant, there should be a cover over your battery, philips screw, take that off. once you have that off you should have access to the battery, two 10mm bolts for the cables and pull it out. replace with a charged battery and reverse order. Make sure of polarity before hooking it up.
