How does an automatic choke on a Honda CF70 (1981) work? How does it enrich the circuit?

the auto choke honda uses is an electric operated choke. after a few minutes the choke shuts of the enrichment port in the carb to stop the enrichment cycle. the choke closes by moving into the carb and shutting off the enrichment hole in the carb. when cold the choke will pull itself back up and open that enrichment port. But are you sure on the year and model ? Honda didnt make a cf70 for the states that year or use auto chokes on the 70 of that year.
