Motorcycle Repair: reattching a turn signal, kawasaki ninja 500r, 2006 kawasaki ninja 500r

Question
My 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 500r's turn signal was accidentally pulled off today. There is a small plate that seats itself onto the wire under the fairing. Does it slide in place or clip onto the other piece? I can't seem to make it stay in place long enough to screw the small screw in. Plus the quarters are a tight fit in there. Any suggestions? I would like to get this fixed before my husband comes home and has to help me do it.

Answer
Hi Kim,

Sorry for the delay in replying. I hope you made the repairs in a timely manner.

View microfiche parts at Bike ABandit "www.bikebandit.com" Once the website opens, click "OEM Parts" and then select the year, make, and model from the menus. Select the related parts menus that follow.

I think once you see the microfiche, you'll understand how the parts are assembled.

Have your husband cut grass while you work on your MC. : )
