need to know the torque specs for the head and cylinder of an 86' Suzuki DS 80

Sean, the first call I would make is to a Suzuki dealer. If you don't have access to one, then you can use the charts provided at this website. You will have to determine the size of the bolt (6mm, 8mm, 10mm,) and the type of material (grade of bolt) so you don't snap it off.
Be sure that the bolt holes are clean and have good threads.
