Motorcycle Repair: I have a 1984 Honda Shadow..., honda shadow 750, leak fork

I have a 1984 Honda Shadow 750 and the seals on the forks are starting to leak fork oil.  I have a repair manual that gives an overview of how to replace/repair the seals but I am writing to inquire about the difficulty level of this task.  I want to make sure I am not getting into something way over my head.  Thanks for your help.

Review the procedure prior to starting the task. Know what you'll need in advance and have it on hand. Work patiently and if you become frustrated, take breaks.
