Motorcycle Repair: swopping throttle ,brake n clutch l-r,r-l, south paw, production bikes

i hope this is a question you can help with. i want to get back on to 2 wheels having reached 40, but have due to rugby in my youth knackered my right wrist,which is now fused ie cant throttle .how easy is it(or possible)to swop everything to enable me too get back riding,and are there any production bikes you know of available for me.i will fully understand if this is not a answerable question,many thanks ,tony

Hi Tony,

You can reverse the throttle with aftermarket parts If you can find them.

The switches would be pointing towards the front, levers towards the rear and upside down if reversed.

I don't know of any production south-paw controls.
