Motorcycle Repair: dog bones, suzuki bandit 1200, bones

I just came into a 98 Suzuki Bandit 1200.  The last owner lowered it with new shorter "dog bones".  I have the original ones that will raise the rear 2".  What is needed reintall the original ones?
