Motorcycle Repair: water loged engine, muddy swamp, yamaha rt 100

Mike,
My son drove his dirtbike in to the muddy swamp, fully submerging the motor completle. That is not all.  He let it set at a fiends house for a month. I tryed to start it with no luck. Please tell me what to do to get this bike back. I just know drained the oil which had a grey milky color.The bike is Yamaha RT-100 1992. Any help is truley appriciated.

Sitting for a month water logged is really bad. The bearings probably rusted. Also, letting it sit with water in the head and dirt probably scorred the cylinder when you tried to start it.
Your best bet is to pull the head and do an inspection.
