I have a 2004 deuce, just got a tach and want to install it. just do not know where to splice wires
to . I have a manual on softails but it does not show the wiring diagram for the tach.
could you please help me or tell me were I can get a wiring diagram for the tach?

Is it a harley tach or a aftermarket? If its aftermarket, what company is it?

AnswerI am very surprised that harley didnt give you a wiring diagram with the tac. I have check my books and cant seem to find one for your tac. I know that one wire goes to the coil, one is ground and one is hot, but not sure the colors. Your best bet is to call or stop by your local dealer and they should be able to help you.
