Motorcycle Repair: 2005 ultra engine noise, noise engine, lifters

Engine just started making noise from front cylinder(can hear valves, it seems) Are they self-adjusting

Answer
You have hydrolic lifters that adjust themselves. If you are hearing a ticking it is just the lifters. Ticking doesnt hurt anything. If one get to ratteling then you need to replace it, because its probably collasping
