Motorcycle Repair: source for metric bolts, metric bolts, chinese engines

Okay,do you have an aftermarket source for bolts? I think you are right about the ground problem so I'm working on that now.I ordererd a mag puller,points,and condensor. I'm stripping all the epoxy paint from engine,espially engine frame connections. Regarding say a CT-70,are any of the chinese knockoffs or engines legit quality. Bill,You've been so kind to me. I'm disabiled and ten minutes of work is all I can do at One time.So you can imagine a heads up from you saves me a month. I held off on the primary coil in Mag because it was 52.00. I have a brand spanking new high tension coil.The rest should come next week.  I also need a throttle cable for a XR100 my son bops around on,maybe even a throttle grip. Any source you'd recomend.Thanks, Jay

Glad to help out... I saw a site where they were selling Chinese engines and claim that Honda parts will interchange. Kind of hard to imagine that you could actually hurt one of these little things, unless you were running some 100cc big bore kit on nitro.... I don't have any real data on the quality of the aftermarket motors, but they see to be selling a LOT of bikes with them installed.

Metric bolts....  ACE HARDWARE! Even have them in stainless!

Just clean up the magneto real good, especially the inside magnet area. With fresh points, condenser it should fire up okay.
