Motorcycle Repair: a wobble I cant find, rear wheel bearings, swingarm bearings

Question
I have a 1985 FXWG.I have put an accutronic 7 degree raked triple tree on it. I have a wobble on it that begins at about 70. It seems to come and go, and you will find this interesting, with my wife on the back, no wobble. I have trued the front wheel, made sure the offset was correct for FXWG, speed balanced the tire, cked aligment, every thing right within specs. I had this problem with stock triple tree.I am running recommened tire pressure in front and rear tires. Checked endplay, correct, bearings good, fall away perfect, I am missing something somewhere. Thanks  Matt  P.S. I have a tip for you on adjusting clutch on 4 spd harley, works great

Answer
Sounds like you have checked everything in the front, but did you check the rear swingarm bearings and the rear wheel bearings? Sometimes a wobble can be coming from the rear and feel like its coming from the front.
Good luck and happy riding
Mike
