Motorcycle Repair: efi, harley dealer, flhrci

i just baught a "98" flhrci-stock(repo)it wont start without starting fluid.once warm it runs fine and restarts fine until it gets cold.then no go.where do i start ?

There are many things that can cause this problem with the EFI. Anywhere from bad or plugged injectors, bad fuel pump or bad onboard computer. You are not going to have the right dianostic tools however to do the testing. I would suggest you take it to a harley dealer and have the dianostic done for you. Once the problem if found you can repair it yourself.
