Motorcycle Repair: rebuild 72 shovelhead eng, e mail address, crank shaft

rod broke and damaged inside both cases,but was told can be repaired.I disasembled,split cases.now a basket case.would like to get possible rough estamate to rebuild and maybe increase horse power.it going to need crank shaft etc;complete refresh moter.also trans pops out of 2nd gear.other wise ok,I think?. will be looking for fuel tanks, dash,and other mis parts.I know hard to quess if interested.give a high and possible maybe est. thanks bill.
