Towing Issues: Require to move vehicle or tow, dmv ca, gov pubs

I live in Los Angeles, California.
MY land lord has given a 72 hour notice to me that they will be cleaning the parking lot in my apartment and it is required that I move my two vehicles out on that day or it will be towed. They said they have asked the lawyer and said that it is legal as long as it is a 72 hour notice.

MY question is, is this legal and do I have to move my car?

Parking lot maintenance and stuff like that has different rules than ones concerning parking of vehicles illegally...


But generally the 72 hour notice is sufficient to warn people of the towing...
