Motorcycle Repair: rocker cover gaskets, sealent, panhead

Hi, I have a 1962 Panhead duo-glide, do you know the tork spec on the rocker cover screws on the Panhead and What is the best sealant to use on the cork gaskets if anything should be used on it.

There is really no torque spec for the rocker covers. Just tighten then up snuggly. I usually use silicone sealent to keep them from leaking. Make sure the part that is touching the silicone is oil free or it wount seal.
