Hi Tim,

Q: Bike dosen't start when it rains. Is the problem electrical?

A: Yup. Try dielectric grease on all electrical connections. Separate all connectors one at a time, clean connectors to a bright shiny surface, apply dielectric grease, and reassemble.

There may be damage to a wire(s) insulation. Mice and other critters like to chew wiring and nest in airboxes, etc...

Check ignition coil secondary leads and spark plug caps. Should be clean and tight. Mist water along lead. Should see small arc if lead is leaking current.
