Motorcycle Repair: Concours electrical, jbox, fuses

Hi Randy...
I have a 1987 Concours hat has lost headlight, taillamp and power to gauges, tach...
Checked fuses, wiring I could see, connections.
Still starts and runs but no lights.
Any Ideas?

Hi Stuart, You are experiencing a Jbox failure. This is the Junction box where the fuses are plugged in. This is a common failure on Concoureses. The box needs to be removed and all terminals cleaned and greased with diaelectric grease. The alternative is to order an updated improved Jbox from Kawasaki.   good luck and thank you for asking
