Motorcycle Repair: Charging system problem, zx6e, surpose

Question
I had a 98 ZX6e, I had put a new battery in since July. Before I install the battery, I had it charged for more then 2 hours on 2.5 Amp. Yesterday, the bike just won't start after I came out from the bank. I managed to boost started and bought back to my garage and recharged the battery to full again. I also done a voltage leak test (O.K.), a alternator output test when the engine running above 2000 RPM and I got more then 13-14 volts, I also had the amp probe on the + wire on the battery, but I hardly have 2-5 amps on idle and nothing when I rev to 2500-5000 rpm I got 0 amp; a stator test (O.K.). Now the only test that I could think of doing is the regulator and rectifier test, but it require a Kawasaki Hand Testor from OEM.

Now my question is:

What is the surpose to be the amperage when the engine at 2000 or 5000 rpm?
With the results above is my charging system OK? If ok why is the battery dead?
What is the CCA for the battery if I want to load test the battery?

Answer
The amperage when the engine is 2000 or 5000rpm is depending from you battery needs.usually u see 0 amps.your charging system is working fine.in order to maintenain your battery you have to charged properly..in a sealed type battery you have to fill the battery with the liquid and let it sit for an hour without charge.after that you must charge it for at list 15-20 hours. The cca when you do a load test must be 11 volts and above.if you want to check your rectifier ,isolate it and test the diotes forward and reverse.YOU should get 0.3 -to 0.8 vdc.you can find the procedure in the manual....
