Motorcycle Repair: ADJUSTING CLUTCH, clutch adjustment, 883 sportster

I NEED TO KNOW THE CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT FOR A 883 SPORTSTER. THERES A LOCK NUT ON THE ADJUSTMENT AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE. IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON HOW TO ADJUST THIS CLUTCH I WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATIVE.

loosen up the clutch cable adjustment on the cable itself untill max slack in the cable. then loosen up clutch locking nut on clutch and screw in screw in center of clutch locking nut untill it bottoms out and then back it off 1/2 turn. now dont let it turn and tighten lock nut. then take the slack out of the cable with the cable adjuster
