Motorcycle Repair: leaking Oil, yamaha scooter, oil tank

Dear Falcon...I just had my 92 yamaha scooter cy50D tuned, new battery, Tires, gas tank reglazed or something like that because of water in the gas tank (rust)                           Now it is leaking oil. never had the problem before. two days before the oil runs out.  I'm pretty mad at the dealer. 500.00 for their services.  What could be the problem ?    Thanks,  Janice

Hi Janice.
 If you are riding a scooter that has a seperate oil tank for the oil, then there is probably a loose connection between the tank and the engine or the oil tank is cracked and leaking.

 If this leak is coming from the engine, then tighten up the bolts on the engine case and head.

Without knowing more about where the leak is coming from, that's the best answer that I can give you.
