Motorcycle Repair: right side of cb360E runs cold leaks gas, cb360, pitcock

Dear Chris,

I recently got a 1976 cb360 to run. A big problem is that it doesnt ever really get hot on the right side, and leaks gas out the carb overflow when the pitcock is on prime and leaks gas slowly out the muffler when running. my email is brian.cone@colorado.edu if you need to send me any files. thank you for your help and i eagerly await your reply.

Hi Brian.
 To start with, the leaking fuel is likely a bad or stuck float in the offending carb.

 As far as the one side running cold, you may want to check the coils and ignition wiring.  The cylinder that is cold is either not firing or not firing enough.
