1970 TR6 remove varnish from the inside of the gas tank I don't want to use the products that are readily available I have a friend who used it and the results were not good (the sealant did not cover the whole inside of the tank) can I have it done professionally without the outside paint being disturbed

I hate to be a picky one but I really don't understand your question. You don't have to use "netspeak" with me. Make your explanation and question clear, and use as many words as necessary. The more I know, the better I will be able to help you.

You should be able to find someone who can do this in a professional manner. I don't think the outside paint will be disturbed by the process, but there are always risks.

It's been a long time since I have been involved with this proceedure, so I don't know who to recommend at the moment.  Shop around, call various bike shops. Beware that a proper job could be more expensive than a replacement tank, so shop around for that possibility also.
