Hi,

I need to know the best way to find the right crank bearings for my GSX-750 Katana. I do not know the year of the engine I am building, so I have no idea how to get the bearings matched up to the crank. I need to find someone who has a list of the color codes for the bearings so I can order the right ones. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Noah,

One way is to find a local Suzuki dealer with a parts person who will take the time to find the parts you'll need. You may need to bring the engine to the person, or at least the engine number.

I checked all of my resources with negative results.

Find which generation or model years the engine is from and check the service manuals and parts microfiche.
