Motorcycle Repair: 1981 1340 shovlehead oil out the blow by tube., crank case breather, oil tank

i'm hopeing that yopu can help me find a solution to my problem. i have been trying to get an 81 sholve head running that has been parked for the last 4 years. when i got it started it blew most of the oil out what apears to be the blow by tube on to the ground. what could be cousing this problem? thank you for your time adn help. tom

IT JUST OIL SUMPED. THE OIL WENT PAST THE OIL PUMP CHECK BALL AND FILLED UP THE CRANKCASE. WHEN YOU STARTED THE BIKE IT PUMPED OUT THE OIL OUT OF THE BOTTOM END OF THE MOTOR THROUGHT THE CRANK CASE BREATHER. JUST RUN BIKE UNTILL IT STOPS SPITTING OIL AND REFILL OIL TANK TO THE PROPER LEVEL. JOHNNY
