Motorcycle Repair: 1450 FI Engine, singer sewing machine, harley engine

Hey Johnny,

I too, would like to add a little sound to my 04
Harley engine  (FLH Model).It Sounds like a Singer Sewing machine. Most likely i will drill out the baffles. By just drilling put the baffles,
1) will it be running too lean to burn a piston.
2) Does the Fuel injection, Really  need to be recalibrated.       
3)And, If i did not live 2000 miles from you, i would be right over to see you. For the Power Commander deal I have read that you talk about
What does that do?.

YOU WILL NEED A GOOD EXHAUST SYSTEM KEVIN, DRILLING OUT THE BAFFLES WILL NOT MAKE IT SOUND BETTER AND WILL HERT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MOTOR, GET A WHITE BROTHERS E-SERIES 2 INTO 1 EXHAUST SYSTEM AND YOU WILL PICK UP 10 TO 12 HORSE POWER AND 13 TO 15 FOOT LBS OF TORQUE ACROSS THE ENTIRE POWER BAND OF THE MOTOR. ANY CHANGES YOU DO LIKE AIR CLEANER OR PIPES OR CAMS OR BIG BORE KITS,  YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A POWER COMMANDER INSTALLED AND TUNED. THIS WILL SET YOUR AIR TO FUEL RATIO CORRECTLY AT ALL THROTTLE POSITIONS AND AT ALL RPMS. THIS IS NEEDED FOR THE BIKE TO RUN CORRECTLY.  JOHNNY  602-340-1266
