I have found a Dream and need to identify the year. Can you please help? The only number provided is "CA77E-1032198". I'd appreciate the help. Thanks!

Patrick....  Honda began using 7 digit serial numbers in 1965, so your bike's engine was 32,198 built after the beginnng of 1965. I would estimate that it is probably a late 1965 or early 1966 model. There is a white tag on the wiring harness, buried inside the frame that will give a date of manufacture of the harness, which usually is close to the date of manufacture of the bike.

BTW.. the frame serial numbers are located down deep on the left side of the frame, where the footpeg bracket bar bolts to the chassis. Most likely the serial numbers will show CA78-1032XXX numbers, which is normal.
