Motorcycle Repair: in low end of gears, harley engine, exceleration

My lowrider has some extra vibration in the loewr end of each gear, much more so  than in the higher rpm of each gear.  Once I get it toward the higher end of the gear with some exceleration, it goes away.
Ideas?

You are just experiencing the harley engine. Due to the fact that the cylinders are at a 45 degree and the pistons are not at the same position all the time, you will pick up some vibration. The sportsters have the same problem, but worse. the motor is not rubber mounted so you get more vibration.
