I'm looking for a gas tank for honda cb750c and found one that's a 750cs do you know if that would fit my bike.

Hi Joe.
 As long as it is from the same year, it will fit.  If it is from a different year, then it may.  The only way to be certain is to match it up.  The mounting points, in this case are the critical things that must match (location, type, etc.).
