Motorcycle Repair: 1998 CBR1000F, instrument clusters, wheel rim

Question
I had a bad accident on my bike and the front end got badly damaged - forks, wheel rim, fairing, oil cooler, instrument panel/cluster. Can I use the front end of another Honda model to rebuild? Is it possible to avoid spending a lot of money on the plastic and convert it to a naked CB1000? What other Honda instrument clusters can I substitute? Have such conversions been done? Where can I get detailed information?

Thanking you in anticipation.
