I replaced the Starter Solenoid and Starter, and the Bike worked fine for 2 days. (Both days happened to Rain,..and I got soaked riding).

THen, the Bike has the same sympton..

Answer
Raj,
I'm leaning toward a mechanical answer, not electrical.  Tough to say w/o hearing for myself but it sounds as if there is an engauging error.  It's possible the solinoid is working correctly and sending current to the starter but the starter may not be able to turn.  I'm not familiar with this model however, typically the starter gear is spun and thrust foward at the same time, engauging it with the flywheel or counter gear.  I can't say for sure but it seems like the problem lies here.  Try removing the starter, leave it connected and ground it on the frame then try it to see for sure all is ok with the motor and solinoid themselves.  If so, you may be dealing w/ an internal engaugment problem.

Sorry I cant be more specific,
Mike
