Motorcycle Repair: Heads Shovel, bike mike, especialy

Question
------------------------I am needing to remove the head to fix the exaust port, and the rocker is still attached, I have everything else removed, I took off the nuts on the rocker box and I thought the studs that go through the rocker must come out in order to remove the head and or the rocker. Am I right, The studs are in very tight and there is not any room ( especialy on the back stud to remove it.
In short Or long! Can you explain , With the motor on the bike how to remove the rocker and head on the back cylinder.

I have a shovel 80 fl, How do you get out the studs in the rocker box on the back cylindar. They are tight and there is no room.
Answer -
i am confused by your question. Have you removed the head from the bike or are you trying to remove the rocker box with the head still on the bike?

Answer
Ok, now we are on the same page. The first thing you need to do is remove the head from the bike. The bolts for the rocker do not have ot be taken out to do this. Remove the bolts that go through the cylinder, then you can remove the heads. After you remove the head you can remove the bolts for the rocker box if you need to.
Good luck and happy riding
