Nissan Repair: nissan serena, secondary fuel, seat area

hi i have a nissan serena 98 with a sr20 no fuel was coming throw so i put a new fuel pump in and there is still no fuel was coming throw and will not start with start ya bastard so i think there is no power getting to the motor. i have changed the relay

sorry but not aware with start u bastard is this some sort of either type spray if so it could do more damage then good but it shuold start using this if the engine is turning over check the fuel pipes for blockages coming form the fuels tank side and also check under the car for the secondary fuel filter it should either be in the engine bay or just under the front seat area
