Nissan Repair: power window malfunction, 2002 nissan altima, nissan altima

Hello Calvin, i seem to be having problems with my Aunty's 2002 Nissan Altima, the driver side window is about 95% up and will neither go up nor down when i press the switch, the others seems to be fine, pls advice on how i can get it fixed, before she finds out

I will need a bit more information from you -

When you press that switch, do you hear a noise in the door, or nothing? Also, when you press the window switch, say in the down position and you "help" it with your hand, does it move at all?

If the answer is "no" to both the above questions, you will need a 12V test lamp for the rest of the diagnosis - do you have one?
