Nissan Repair: dash board area noise, dash board, funny farm

I purchased new a 2009 Maxima-- from day one I have had a slight tingling noise coming from the front left section of my dash.  The noise was very noticeable at 70 mph.  But very sporadic, sometimes I would not hear the noise for days. Have taken it to be serviced they have not been able to find the noise.  Now it is more pronounced, service thought they found it recently-- now when I go over a bump I hear the ting again.. Am I the only car with this problem noise-- Last week I drove 450 miles and heard it the entire trip-- was ready for the funny farm when I got home!!  Please Help

I passed the funny farm stage years ago!

Anyway, I will need more info. This is definitely coming from inside the vehicle? Does the sound change as the speed increases, or decreases? You say when you go over a bump, you hear it. At what speed is this? The sound, is it like metal hitting metal, a chafing sound, or more like a ringing?
