Nissan Repair: Location of Thermostat Nissan Pulsar LX 97, radiator hose, nissan pulsar

Hi searching for the placement of thermostat to replace on a Nissan pulsar 97 twin cam model Engine is loosing coolant but no visible leaks in system.

Hi Kaz -

I believe the location is at the end of the lower radiator hose on the engine side.

If the engine is not overheating, though, the thermostat is not the problem. If there are no visible leaks, I would take a compression test and see if you are burning coolant off.
