Nissan Repair: Dash board lights, nissan pulsar, dash board

Hi there, i just installed a new stereo system into a 1995 Nissan Pulsar CJ-2 and now the dash board lights do not turn on when i flick the lights on, I have checked all the Fuses in the car and everything else seems to work (eg;Headlights, indicators etc.) on the dash board except the lights.

Can you please help

Assuming that the fuses are OK, the only thing I can think of is the dimmer that brightens or dims the panel lights, perhaps it is on the lowest setting.

Or, during the installation of the stereo, something got disconnected and not put back. Have you checked with the installer?
